Standard N52 neodymium magnets begin to lose magnetism above 80°C (176°F). These N45 UH magnets maintain their magnetic properties at over twice that temperature, making them suitable for under-hood automotive, industrial, LED lighting, and other heat-exposed applications.

These magnets are great for anything that you would use Velcro, brass fasteners, hinges, pins, etc.
