Thank you for shopping with Magnet Baron! We ship all orders from our facility in Southlake, Texas, USA.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — $4.99 on orders under $40.00 | Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders $40.00 and over | Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via USPS and DHL Express. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.
Available international shipping methods include:
- USPS First Class Package International — economical option for lighter packages
- USPS Priority Mail International — faster USPS service
- USPS Priority Mail Express International — expedited USPS service
- DHL Express Worldwide — fast international delivery with full tracking
International estimated delivery times are typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. DHL Express is generally faster, often arriving within 3–7 business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. Magnet Baron has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order if you have concerns.
We offer DHL Express Worldwide with prepaid duties support so you can know your full cost upfront at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS or DHL website, or through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to help resolve any issues that arise.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@themagnetbaron.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
