Magnet Baron LLC sells neodymium rare-earth magnets, magnetization kits, cyanoacrylate adhesives (super glue), ferro-magnetic iron PLA filament, 3D-printed mounting components, acrylic rods, ball bearings, and related hobby products. These products pose inherent and serious risks. You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, use, and storage of all products purchased from this site.

NEODYMIUM MAGNET HAZARDS

⚠️ CHOKING & INGESTION HAZARD — RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH

Small magnets can be swallowed or inhaled. If two or more magnets are swallowed, or if a magnet is swallowed along with a metallic object, the magnets can attract one another through intestinal walls. This can cause intestinal perforations, sepsis, and death. This risk is especially acute for children. Seek immediate emergency medical attention if magnet ingestion is suspected. Do not wait for symptoms.

⚠️ PINCH & CRUSH INJURIES

Neodymium magnets are extremely powerful relative to their size. When magnets attract to each other or to ferromagnetic surfaces, they can accelerate with significant force and cause serious pinch, crush, or shatter injuries to fingers, hands, and skin. Larger magnets can break bones. Magnets may also shatter on impact, producing sharp fragments that can cause lacerations or eye injuries. Always wear eye protection when handling large magnets and control their movement at all times.

⚠️ MEDICAL DEVICE INTERFERENCE — KEEP AWAY

Neodymium magnets produce strong magnetic fields that may interfere with the proper functioning of pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), insulin pumps, cochlear implants, and other implanted or external medical devices. Keep all magnets away from any person with an implanted or external medical device. Interference may occur without physical contact. Consult a physician if you have any medical device and are uncertain about safe distances.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAZARDS

Strong magnetic fields can damage, erase, or interfere with hard drives, credit cards, magnetic media, CRT monitors, televisions, and other electronic equipment. Keep magnets away from sensitive electronics.

MAGNETIC FIELD & SHIPPING HAZARDS

Neodymium magnets may affect compasses, navigation equipment, and sensitive instruments. Packages containing magnets must comply with applicable shipping regulations (IATA, DOT). Do not ship magnets by air unless properly packaged in compliance with applicable regulations.

HEAT & DEMAGNETIZATION

Neodymium magnets are brittle and can crack or shatter under impact or improper handling. Heating magnets above their maximum operating temperature (typically 80°C / 176°F for standard N-grade) can cause permanent demagnetization and may release coatings. Do not machine, grind, drill, or cut neodymium magnets, as this may produce flammable dust and toxic fumes.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

Neodymium magnets are typically coated with nickel. Prolonged skin contact may cause allergic reactions in individuals with nickel sensitivity.

CYANOACRYLATE ADHESIVE (SUPER GLUE) HAZARDS

⚠️ SKIN & EYE BONDING

Cyanoacrylate adhesive bonds skin, eyes, and mucous membranes on contact within seconds. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, mouth, and clothing. If skin is bonded, do not force apart — soak in warm soapy water or use acetone-based nail polish remover. If adhesive contacts eyes, flush immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek emergency medical attention. Do not attempt to force bonded eyelids apart.

FUMES & VENTILATION

Cyanoacrylate adhesives produce irritating fumes during curing. Use in a well-ventilated area. Individuals with asthma or respiratory sensitivity may experience heightened reactions. If irritation occurs, move to fresh air.

FLAMMABILITY

Cyanoacrylate may generate heat during curing, particularly when applied to cotton, wool, leather, or other absorbent materials. This exothermic reaction can cause burns or ignition. Do not apply to fabrics or porous materials. Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place away from children, direct sunlight, and heat. Keep container tightly sealed when not in use.

ACRYLIC RODS, BALL BEARINGS & SMALL COMPONENTS

⚠️ CHOKING HAZARD

Acrylic rods, ball bearings, pins, and other small components included in magnetization kits and flight stands pose a choking hazard. Keep away from children and animals.

GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • AGE RESTRICTION: All products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Keep all products away from children under 18, individuals with implanted medical devices, and animals.
  • SUPERVISION: If products are used in the presence of minors (e.g., hobby or gaming events), direct adult supervision is required at all times. The supervising adult assumes full responsibility.
  • THIRD-PARTY TRANSFER: If you provide, gift, sell, or transfer any product purchased from this site to another person, you are responsible for communicating all applicable safety warnings to that person before transfer.
  • INTENDED USE: Our products are sold for hobby, craft, industrial, and educational applications. Any use outside of these intended purposes is at your sole risk.
  • FIRST AID: In case of magnet ingestion, seek emergency medical care immediately. In case of eye contact with adhesive, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek emergency care. In case of skin bonding, soak in warm soapy water — do not force apart.

By purchasing, receiving, or using any product from Magnet Baron LLC, you acknowledge that you have been warned of the hazards described above and that neodymium magnets and cyanoacrylate adhesives are inherently dangerous products. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, handling, use, storage, and disposal of these products, including risks of personal injury, property damage, or death. This assumption of risk extends to any person to whom you provide, gift, or transfer the products.
