The Ork flyers kit builds one of four variants from the same sprues: Blitza-Bommer, Dakkajet, Burna-Bommer, or Wazbom Blastajet. Magnets let you swap between all four roles without committing to a single profile, so the same model can show up as a fighter, a bomber, or a support flyer depending on the list. The recommendations below cover the flight stand, the base, and a couple of basing options for transport.
Flight stand
For a sturdy flight stand, use the Large Flat - Tal Magnetic Flight Stand.

Base magnetization
To magnetize the base to a magnetic transport case, use the Large Thin, 6mm x 2mm disc magnets.

For a basing magnet, use the Large Thick Flush-Fit Base Magnets, 6mm x 2.6mm. Use 1 magnet if you transport the base separately, and 2 if you transport the model on the flight stand on the base.

Pre-magnetized base options
For a replacement base with preset magnet holes, use the 160mm round base with magnets.

If you would like a base with holes preset for magnets so the magnets can never pop out, use the 120mm oval base with magnet.

Peel-and-stick basing
For a peel-and-stick basing option on a round base, use 4 of the 25mm Peel & Stick Inner Base Magnets spaced evenly inside the base - no drilling required.

For a peel-and-stick basing option on an oval base, use 3 of the 25mm Peel & Stick Inner Base Magnets spaced in a triangle inside the base - no drilling required.
