Use 6x2mm magnets to magnetize the base of your knights. We use 2 of these magnets with sturdy sheet metal cases. If you are using the self-adhesive flexible magnets as a case liner, you will want between 5 and 6 magnets per Knight. The Knight's base size is 170mm x 105mm Oval.
