What size magnets for The Old World bases you ask? These sizes!  The 2.2mm and 2.6mm heights are the critical measurements that allows them to be flush to the base, not too tall or too short.

Use these to mount your miniatures to magnetic movement trays, cookie sheets, Magna Racks, Table War case, etc.

Use the following size for each base. Thick magnets are 2.6mm thick, which won't sit flush under a 25mm base. You can always use 2 of the thinner magnets on a 40mm base to get a stronger hold rather than buying a whole pack just for 1 or 2 character models.

25mm Medium Thick (4.5x2.6mm)

Cavalry & Monsters Medium (4.5x2.2mm)

2 magnets are recommended for cavalry and 3 magnets for monsters.

Some of you may recognize these sizes from the 40k and Age of Sigmar flush-fit page, they are the exact same magnets BUT the smaller bases use thicks in The Old World and the larger bases use 2.2mm magnets, which is inverted.

Rare Earth magnets are the strongest magnets in the world.  These magnets have pull several times their weight.

WARNING!

These magnets should be kept away from any animal or human who might try and eat them, they have the potential to separate and pinch intestines causing serious and life threatening complications.

BRITTLE!

These magnets are more brittle than glass, please make sure you don’t let them slam into each other or drop onto the floor, they WILL break and I will be sad for you.

Let me know if you have any questions!
