Peel & Stick Inner Base Magnets

Recommended
Peel and stick basing magnets that fit flush inside standard black Citadel bases. No glue, no drilling, no superglue on your fingers — peel the adhesive backing, press the magnet into your base, done. Each magnet is precision-cut to sit inside the base cavity so your models sit flat on the table with zero wobble.
At 2.8mm thick, these are built for a strong, reliable hold on metal-lined cases, Really Useful Boxes, Magna Racks, and magnetic movement trays. They're made from high-quality flexible rubber magnet material with a foam adhesive backing that conforms to the inside of the base — including the embossed GW text and logos on the underside.
This isn't the thin, flimsy magnetic sheet you've seen on Amazon that barely holds a Guardsman upright. These are real inner base magnets with actual grip.
Which Size Do I Need?
Pick the magnet that matches your base:
- 25mm — Standard infantry (Intercessors, Guardsmen, Clanrats, Battleline)
- 28mm — Older Space Marines, some Age of Sigmar infantry, 28.5mm bases
- 32mm — Primaris infantry, most modern 40K troops, AoS Battleline
- 40mm — Terminators, heavy infantry, characters, small elites
- 50mm — Small vehicles, large characters, cavalry
- 60mm — Dreadnoughts, monsters, large cavalry, and any base from 60mm up to 90mm
For bases 65mm through 90mm, a single 60mm magnet provides full coverage. For anything larger — 100mm, 130mm, 160mm round bases or large ovals — use three 25mm magnets spaced in a triangle inside the base for a stable, triangulated hold that keeps heavy models locked down during transport.
How to Apply
- Peel the protective backing off the adhesive.
- Press the magnet firmly into the underside of your base.
- Hold for a few seconds and you're done.
The foam adhesive bonds on contact and conforms around any raised text or pegs inside the base. These magnets can also be trimmed with scissors if you need to cut around base pegs or other obstructions inside the cavity.
Works With
- Really Useful Boxes with metal sheet inserts
- Magna Rack and Table War cases
- Cookie sheet and metal tray setups
- Plasteel Movement Trays from Magnet Baron
- Any ferrous (steel) surface your magnets can grip
Compatible with Warhammer 40K, Age of Sigmar, The Old World, Horus Heresy, Kill Team, Necromunda, and any game system that uses standard round Citadel bases. These will also work for Warmachine bases.
Please note, these magnets are designed to raise the model by between 0.2mm and 0.6mm to ensure the magnets are in direct contact.
